Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the very first call until he left us to cook our own meals two days later. After speaking to several Chefs in the Sedona area, I decided on Nick based on pricing, his flexibility and understanding of my goals for our 8 person weekend getaway. Flexibility ended up being key because couples cancelled for various reasons and my guest list shrank and expanded several times before we finalized on 4 people, 3 days before the trip. The menu, execution and service were all flawless and we will definitely be using Nick again!!
