We hired Chef Nick for a private dinner for my 40th birthday party in Sedona. Nick was extremely easy to work with in deciding on a menu, he was punctual, courteous, and a lot of fun. Not only did we love his food but we really enjoyed his company and listening to his stories about his life and cooking career. Most importantly, everything he served us was delicious. He made an incredible five course menu with highlights including crabcakes, tuna tartare, an excellent pasta dish, Bronzino, and crème brûlée for dessert which was just perfect. The next time we’re in Sedona I will definitely hire Nick again and I’m really glad that I chose him because he made the process very smooth and easy, his prices were very reasonable, and his work was outstanding
