“Nicky was everything we wanted and more for our quaint private family birthday party in Sedona. He came prepared, and the experience he delivered far exceeded our expectations. He was jovial and animated, and takes great pride in his craft. Nicky’s menu options are relevant and creative, and his preparation process is so fun to watch. And the end result… WOW. Perfectly prepared dishes, inviting without being pretentious (although he can flawlessly execute the cutesy gourmet plating as well), and generous portions. I would recommend Nicky any day for your special occasion. I’m getting hungry just thinking about that dinner!”
