Nicholas did a fantastic job cooking a 4 course meal for my father’s 80th Birthday celebration. He provided us a lot of flexibility with various options to accommodate all our different favorite dishes and some dietary restrictions. On top of fabulous tasting food Nicholas was on time, friendly, and a true professional. Highly Recommended!!

I booked a private dinner with Chef Nick for my mother’s 60th birthday in Sedona. Chef Nick provided a variety of options for the courses, had great communication, and made the process completely painless. He was professional, smart, and funny. The experience of the dinner from start to finish will be a fond memory for my family to cherish due to the special occasion and Nick’s expertise in hosting. I would highly recommend this experience with Chef Nick to anyone who wants to enjoy a great evening with delicious food and superb hosting at a reasonable price.

Chef Nick really was the highlight of our visit to Cottonwood/Sedona! I was hosting a girl’s trip and wanted to surprise everyone with a private dinner. He was really helpful in picking out the menu, responsive and timely. He cooked a phenomenal 5 course meal for 6 and was so engaging and funny! The short rib was literally life changing (I didn’t take a pic because I ate it so fast) and the bread pudding *chef’s kiss*. Highly recommend if you will be in the area to check Chef Nick out and I will certainly reach out again if I’m back in the area. Thank you!

My children surprised me for my sixtieth birthday having Chef Nick cook an amazing five course meal for us. Not only was the meal delicious he was also very entertaining and engaging. Will definitely recommend him for your special occasions.

Without question one of the best culinary journeys I have ever had the good fortune to experience. Chef Nicholas prepares and presents dishes that are unique and delicious containing very high quality, fresh ingredients. His personality adds a wonderful touch to a most enjoyable dinner experience. A must do again the next time we’re in Sedona.

We had a fantastic time with Chef Nick! The night was the highlight of our trip to Sedona. He made us the most delicious dinner (from crab cakes to risotto to chocolate cake, yum!). We also enjoyed getting to know him while he cooked dinner — everything from his time in NYC kitchens to cooking tips. It felt like reconnecting with your favorite cool uncle with the best stories and food. Highly recommend for a special evening!

Chef Nicholas truly made this trip a success. He was the best chef and his food was delicious. His communication is impeccable and he arrive exactly on time. He made the best food and we even had leftovers and cancelled our dinner reservations the next day for 8 of us to continue to eat. He decorated the table beautifully and served our big party very well and his food was restaurant quality and delicious in the comfort of a house. Please book this chef if you are in Flagstaff/Sedona.

Chef Nick made a spectacular 5 course meal for our girl Kelli’s bachelorette party. He shared some amazing stories and tips on restaurants to dine in. We loved the shrimp appetizer with yucca puree and the leftovers were killer even the next day! Highly recommend Chef Nick for personal parties or events.

Words are Not enough to describe Chef Nicholas dinner that he made for us. We were entertaining world travels, executive’s, and event planners so needless to say they have eaten at various Michelin Star and James Beard restaurants around the world. Chef Nicolas provided us the same dinning experience and flavor as if we were sitting down in one of the Best Restaurants in the world, however, he added a warm friendly inviting environment. He is a hidden treasure.

Chef Nicholas and his helper CC were nothing short of awesome! They prepared an amazing dinner for us and 8 of our wedding guests. Everyone raved about every dish served and CC served and cleared our plates and made sure our drinks were full. Highly recommend.
